The fly wheel trainer is able to match your maximum exertion throughout the full range of motion whereas traditional cable rotations only have maximum amount of torque in a small portion of the range of motion.

The arm stabilizer helps to keep the arms and hands stationary so you only use your torso to generate force. This is one of our new favorite exercises for any sport that requires rotational power.
