What an amazing day to celebrate all the strong and powerful women apart of our gym community. In the past year, 88% of our record high membership have been young women who compete in both high school and college, and in volleyball, soccer, tennis, basketball, powerlifting, softball, cross country, track and field. Proud of all these ladies for making our gym community a place to thrive where women aren’t afraid to be challenged to get stronger, more powerful and more confident for their respective sports regardless of the level of experience. Thank you for making my gym community special, and grateful to have you all apart of the Perform4 Family!

Merry Christmas to our Perform4 Community! 🎄💪

To our current and past members—you are the heart of this gym. Your dedication, perseverance, and passion for strength and conditioning are what make our community truly exceptional. We're thankful for the effort, enthusiasm, and camaraderie that turn this gym into a family.

Beyond excited about this (current & past) members only event!!! Start forming your four person teams for a chance to win the Christmas Cup. We will also have prizes for best theme, individual event winners and the person who spreads the best Christmas cheer! The Christmas Cup challenge starts at 4:30pm December 23, 2025 (not 2023 like the previous post said). We will budget 1-1.5hrs to compete the challenge and we invite everyone to hang out or stop by around 5:30/6pm to have food and goodies for a more formal Christmas party.
