Do you need 2 hours in the gym?
Short answer is no.
You need about 45min to 1hr of good resistance training 3-5 days a week.
HIIT training around 2 days a week.
NEAT exercise daily.

Combine all of this and the results, well the results can be massive.

First 2 to 4 weeks:
• Better energy
• Improved sleep
• Less bloating
• Increased strength and endurance
• Mood and confidence improve fast
• Scale may not move much yet, but body composition starts changing

Around 6 to 12 weeks:
• Noticeable fat loss

So I have had people send me random challenges over the last 5ish months and now I want to start taking them on. But what fun is that doing it alone? So today I've grabbed my good friend Casey as we attempted the Barbell mobility challenge.
