Viable Kids Fitness this Summer is June 18th - August 8th!

This is open to non-members as well so please feel free to pass along the information to anyone you might know who would be interested. The more the merrier. This always a lot of fun every summer so let’s fill it up!

March in March 10k Step Challenge. In this challenge we encourage you to get 10,000 steps in per day! Most days with 10k or more steps wins $$$$!! *(see below)

Sync your device (or health app) for your steps or you can manually add them at the end of each day. When signing up you will need to set your personal step goal to 10,000 steps. Every participant must set their personal goal to 10k steps. Tie breakers will be most consecutive days and total steps. Winner will be announced by mid April at the latest. Now let’s get to stepping!!

Some reasons you aren’t seeing progress. 👇🏻

1. You are doing endless “cardio”.
Sweat does not mean you had a good or a bad workout. It’s your body’s way of cooling you down, that’s it.

2. You’re not lifting heavy weights. Building muscle will burn fat while you sit.

3. You’re not following a structured program. Flying blind is doing you no good.

4. And most important…you’re not being honest with yourself about your nutrition. Want to lose body fat and gain muscle? Eat .75-1g of protein per lb of body weight along with fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds that supports activity…every day, not every once in a while.
