Symposium presenter Josh Moen was a good high school runner who improved greatly once in college. Jost was a ten-time All-American in college including five National Championships (two in cross country and three in track). Josh was also on 3 USA teams that competed in championship races. Josh coaches adult runners in the Twin Cities Metro area where he owns "White Pine Peak Performance," a company dedicated towards improving performance!
