We focused on groundwork. So much of sport Judo is about throws. But in order to be more practical in self-defense, you have to train to control the situation AFTER the throw.

In association with the Soddy-Daisy Independence Celebration, Black Dragon - Martial Arts will be at Soddy Park, near the baseball fields at the lake, this weekend, Saturday July 1st.
