Congratulations to Ryleigh Sturgill as she took first place at the Lindsey Wilson Open today. She had 3 tech falls on the day and won Outstanding Wrestler!!!

Once again Buckwild wrestling shows out!! At the Rabbit Open this past weekend we had 2 champions, 3 runner ups, and one 3rd place medalist! Super proud of our kids as we had a couple beginners step up and place at/win an Open tournament!!

Also special shoutout to Palmer Lane as she was awarded OW of the tournament!!!

Ryleigh Sturgill takes 3rd place at Midlands !!!

Buckwild wrestling club had a weekend at the grindhouse open/beginner!!! We placed 7th out of 41 teams overall and placed 2nd in the middle school division! We couldn’t be more proud of all the kids who wrestled this weekend! We also had 12 individual medalists!

Buckwild’s 25-26 aau club wrestling schedule!!!

If you are interested in signing up for the upcoming club season, there is still time! Facebook Message Elijah Turner, or text at 4233159958 for sign up details and more club information if needed. We are excited for the first day of practice this Monday, November 3rd at 6pm.

also for those who are already signed up…. we will be moving the first day of practice to monday November 3rd, due to halloween and because coach Swanson is preparing to show Gable Stevenson how we get down at CMMAC next Thursday, october 30th, at dirty boxing 4 in Nashville!!

And lastly, if you are signed up for the club, download the app group me so you can be added to our Buckwild information group chat. Important information will be posted there. If you are signed up for the club, but not in the group me, then reach out to Elijah Turner and he will add you!

We have already had roughly 20 kids sign up for this upcoming season!! Parents if you want your kids to be on the team, we need you to reach out asap so that we can reserve their spot on the roster. Also, we are still looking for a couple businesses who would like to sponsor our team, and help cover any child/family that struggles to pay their fees. If you know anyone or any business that would be interested in helping these kiddos then be sure to have them reach out to Billy Swanson or Elijah Turner asap. Thanks we look forward to helping these kids learn to love Wrestling, just as much as we do!!

We are very excited to announce that we will be running a K-8 Youth Wrestling Team this upcoming season. In the coming weeks we will provide more details on our schedule for the 2025-2026 season. Our Coaches for this season will be Shane Turner, Elijah Turner, and Billy Swanson. We are excited for what the future holds, and thankful of Chattanooga Mixed Martial Arts College for giving us a place to have an impact on these children!!! We are looking for some local businesses who would be interested in sponsoring the club. This would put your logos on our club teams gear, all while giving us an opportunity to help any kid who may struggle to cover their fees. We don’t want money to be the reason that these kids aren’t able to grow on the mats. Lastly, if you’re a parent and think you would be interested in signing your kid up for our club.
