The Monty Roberts Introductory Course of Horsemanship is the foundation of a different way of working with horses; one based in trust, observation, and non-violent communication.

Designed to establish a deeper understanding of equine psychology, the program guides students through the essential principles needed to build safe, effective, and humane partnerships with the horse.

The Introductory Course is taught as a complete block of six required modules, with individual module options also available. All modules must be completed to qualify for the Introductory Exam.

This is where horsemanship begins—not with force, but with understanding.
