“I started on my health journey about a year ago after some health difficulties. I joined MorGainz Fitness Richland in August and started Kelly’s 90 days in September. This was absolutely the best decision. In 3 months I’ve increased my endurance, my strength, lost fat and gained muscle. My balance has improved as well as my range of motion. I’ve had a big decrease in my inflammation. I had never lifted weights before. This program gave me a foundation that I can keep moving forward. We all need muscle strength as we age, this program will put you on the right track. Thanks Kelly!”

I’d also like to add that this rock star lost 12.4 pounds of fat and gained 1.3 pounds of muscle. She is 14.75 inches smaller over all! Amazing!!!

What day is it?????? !!!!!! So proud of this hard working woman!!! Repeat body composition showed a 5 pound fat loss!!! She is 12 inches smaller and also so much stronger!!!!!! I’m so proud of her!

“This program is absolutely AMAZING and IT WORKS!!!! I learned alot from Kelly about eating, tracking food and to NOT focus on the number on the scale. The body composition test gives alot of useful information and that lean mass is the important part!

I thought the hardest part was keeping within the macros with my food intake, but two weeks of tracking it became easier. Tracking = Accountability!!

I kept my days at the gym consistent. There were days I didn't feel like going, but I did and those days…were often the best workouts.

It was so motivating to see results just after one month. I felt better physically and mentally and it was nice to have 3 hours per week for ME! Kelly was always available for questions, she checked in weekly and provided ALOT of encouragement!

I will definitely continue this workout program. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for Ignite 90!!

Since we just had our first snow storm for the season, here is a reminder about our childcare: if Somerset schools delay or cancel due to weather, there will be no childcare.

Due to the weather we will be canceling childcare at the Richland location. Everyone please be safe out there.

Hello MorGainz family! I would like to introduce you to our newest instructor in Somerset, Hadley Ware. She taught Zumba in college and has danced throughout her life. Hadley will be teaching a dance fitness class on Saturdays at 10am. The dance fitness class will consist of a series of simple dances with various intensities. The dances combine exercise movements with simple dance steps to encompass a full body workout. Every exercise level is welcome! The only rule: Have Fun!

OMG….Another AMAZING SUCCESS STORY from another BA beautiful and strong woman!!!! I love it! I would also like to add that her repeat body composition showed that she gained 1 1/2 pounds of muscle, she is 12 1/2 inches smaller and lost 11 pounds of fat. Incredible!

“Wow, where do I start? This program has been nothing short of exactly what I needed to FINALLY get on track with my fitness. Like many, I have worked hard at what I thought was the right way, the healthy way to eat for my petite body. Age wasn't on my side either. What I found out was that although I did ok with most parts of healthy eating, I was not in others such as the "C" word (carbs). I had ALWAYS limited breads, pasta, potatoes etc. Kelly knew immediately after my body composition that I limited my carb intake. Uggg. With this program telling me exactly how many calories and number of carbs, proteins, and fats to eat each day, it enabled me to eat ALL the foods I wanted and still lose inches and gain lean muscle. I haven't eaten this much food in years!

The rotation of exercises wasn't easy at first and they aren't supposed to be if you want results. However, they challenged me which I loved. I showed up every other day for ME because my health was important, because I wasn't happy with what I was seeing in the mirror and because I could do better! I became stronger every day.

To say that my life was busy when I started this was an understatement. However, I was determined that I was going to do this. With Kelly's support and kick-ass encouragement, I am thrilled with the results of the first 90 days.
