Grit Strength Fitness is excited to introduce the NEW Somerset Youth Fitness Program, designed specifically for kids ages 8–14!

This exciting program is about much more than exercise. It’s designed to help young people build:

(1) Strength & Conditioning
(2) Speed & Agility
(3) Confidence & Self-Esteem
(4) Teamwork & Friendships
(5) Healthy Habits for Life
(6) Nutrition Knowledge

Kids will have the opportunity to move, grow, and thrive in a fun, positive environment while developing skills that can benefit them both on and off the playing field.
