We strive to assist and encourage our athletes to achieve their personal best. Coming together is a beginning. Working together is success.
Operating as usual
Good Luck to all of our athletes competing today!
Currently Top Notch is experiencing a phone service outage. I was told that it’s uncertain as to how long it would be before it’s repaired. Even though I am having calls forwarded to my cell not all are going through. If you are trying to reach the facility and are unable to speak to someone, please message on our business page. I apologize for the inconvenience!
Happy Thanksgiving!! May each of you have a blessed day!
[11/22/20] Current Top Notch families, please check your remind message or the team fb group for info concerning the schedule for the week of Thanksgiving. Thank you!
Who’s READY to get back in the gym and join us for the start of our 15th year?!?
*Like and share to be entered in a drawing for a private lesson! Drawing will be held on June 15th.
I know that it is been a while since I have posted and I apologize for that. I definitely haven’t forgotten anyone.
During the Governor’s speech he addressed a couple of areas and dates that some may see gymnastic facilities falling under. After legal consultation, Gymnastics facilities or any similar business do not fall under a fitness center or youth sports that are outdoors with little contact. The Governor specifically stated no indoor youth sports at all. UNLESS he clarifies further in upcoming speeches or I receive confirmation I can open, I have no choice but to remain closed. I will keep everyone updated as to any changes.
During the time we are waiting, I need each of you who are considering or will be returning to the gym to please private message me on this page with any new contact info and I MUST have an email address if you haven’t already given me one. All re-opening info and documents will be emailed.
I would like to thank each of you for your continued prayers and support during this difficult time! I am hoping to see everyone soon!
**PAST AND PRESENT TOP NOTCH GYMNASTICS ACADEMY PARENTS**
I’m not sure if you know just how much coaches think about our athletes when we’re not together, but it’s a lot! We have spent SO many hours with them that it’s hard not to consider them in a way our own and we miss them! 😊
So do this coach a favor - If I (and/or my coaching staff) have taught you or your kiddo in the past or am presently coaching your kiddos, post a pic below so I know they are all doing well!! We miss their faces!!
It would make this coach’s heart very happy!❤️🤸🏼♀️⭐️
Just an update on our classes and reopening. Of course, as of now, we are still closed. All calls/messages to the gym are answered/checked daily. Our customers and families are important to us! If anyone has questions or concerns please feel feel to call, message or email ([email protected]) me. We are definitely missing your kiddos and our "gym life"! Hopefully things will improve soon. For now, stay safe and healthy!
Share and let’s ALL have some fun! So excited to see your posts!

Huge shout out to the Top Notch Power Tumblers that made the 2019-2020 USTA KY ALL-STAR TEAM🏆 Congratulations to Lorilie Anderson, Madelyn Brooks, Bentley Cornell, Rachel Harding and Abby Whitescarver!
Our advanced athletes this season: Madilyn Brooks, Summer Bryant, Abbe Hicks and Sarah Mcbride.
Each of theses athletes would have been recognized at our state competition in April and would have participated in an exhibition. They will be receiving gifts at a later date. Unfortunately state was canceled along with a competition we were hosting next weekend. However, the season is far from over. At the present time nationals is scheduled for June in Springfield, Illinois.
I am extremely proud of the entire team! They have worked so hard and overcame many obstacles. It took the coronavirus to stop us from getting our 14th consecutive win😷🏆🤣
I am equally proud of the other team members as well. There were so many that were only tenths away from making the team!
Our Top Notch Power Tumbling Team consist of: Dominic Anderson, Lorilie Anderson, Madeline Brooks, Summer Bryant, Lizzie Caisse, Tripp Caisse, Chessa Caseman, Rebecca Conley, Kallie Cook, Elynn Coomer, Bentley Cornell, Charlie Cornell, Travis Cornell, Aubree Crawford, Hannah Harding, Rachel Harding, Abbe Hicks, Riley Lantz, Sarah McBride, Natalie McCarty, Bailey Price, Skyelar Price, Kaylee Todd and Abby Whitescarver.
Coaches: Tammy Spencer, Sage McBride, Emily Hall and Joseph Harris
For the safety of everyone, Top Notch Gymnastics will be closed until March 29th. At that time I will reevaluate and post updates as I receive them.
This was definitely not an easy decision for me. I truly wanted to keep some sense of normality for our kids during this difficult time. However, the top priority right now is everyone’s health and well-being. For those who know me well know that the past 14 years the gym has became more than just a business for me. I’m truly blessed to have a job/business that I love. I know that God has placed me right where He needed me to be. He will not always allow us to take the easy path even when we feel we deserve it. Sometimes the greatest blessing are from the hardest times.
Over the next couple days I will contact you personally to discuss any questions or concerns. I am asking that you do not contact my staff personally concerning business issues. I would like for each of them to be able to focus on their families and themselves. We want to make this as easy as possible during this difficult time. Please be patient during this process as we get through this together! I appreciate each of you greatly! Thank you for your continued support!
*Last but far from least...THANK YOU to my AMAZING staff for being so supportive, trustworthy and dedicated! You all are such a blessing!
Please follow our Top Notch Gymnastics- page for updates
‼️Top Notch Families and Customers,
We WILL be operating on our regular schedule until further notice. I understand the rising concern of COVID-19. I will continue to maintain a safe and healthy environment at the gym for our athletes, families, spectators and staff. I will be keeping up to date with CDC announcements and will consult with our local health department if needed. I will continue to clean and sanitize the entire facility daily just as I have in the past. There will be additional sanitizing of door knobs, seating, equipment and etc.
I am asking anyone that is exhibiting any symptoms of fever, cough and/or shortness of breath (not related to allergies or asthma) or feel that they may be at risk, not to attend classes. If anyone has questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. Thank you! -Tammy Spencer
