95XL LiveWell is a 6’ LiveWell (115 gallons of water) with 5’ inside (95 gallons of water) for the biggest of the big blue’s out there. These LiveWells also come in 4’ & 5’. We can build these with all 12 volt pumps, all 110 magnetic drive pumps or a combination of both. Drains and lights can also be added.

20 gallon X-Treme Bait Tank wired for SaltWater headed to California

X-Treme Bait Tanks is constantly looking for ways to improve an already great bait tank. Wiring a tank for saltwater (off shore) is just an example of how we take what we do to the next level. This 20 gallon bait tank is headed to National City, CA. Thru Build-A-Tank, it has a lower drain, an upper over flow drain (for partial water changes) 2-12 v pumps. Now, normally, a 20 only has one 12v pump, but we built a second pump into this tank as a backup in the event that pump #1 should fail. This 2nd pump may never be needed, but if it is needed, it could mean the difference between a great day of fishing and a potential disaster of a day.

Over a year ago, Damon Melcho, the owner of X-Treme Bait Tanks, had the opportunity to meet Captain Dave Marciano in Gloucester Massachusetts to discuss bait tanks. Damon agreed to build the first ever, X-Treme Bait Tank, Salt Water Series, to be placed aboard the Falcon and Hard Merchandise. Over the past year, Captain Dave has given feedback to X-Treme on changes/ improvements that could be made to better accommodate the main bait used for Bluefin Tuna, the cold water herring.
