Ron Cavage aka King Clydesdale returning to defend his BMR II title @ BMR III and being weighed in by Big Man Run III Co-Director, Glenn O'Connor.

Look how happy "The King" was to receive #1 ❤️

It was customary back in the day to always give #1 to the fast gal or guy....then it was time to break custom☘️

The Hyannis Marathon, Half Marathon, 10Km & Marathon Team Relay Krewe presented a $3,500.00 check to the Cape Cod Rugby Team today @ The Auld Triangle Irish Pub in Downtown Hyannis....Nate Rowland Club President receiving for the club that is made up of Cape Cod adults & youth.

The Cape Cod Rugby Team will be handling parking, water stops and course management on March 1st

Ras na hÉireann USA 5Km Committee was at Somerville High School today making a $2,000.00 donation to the Somerville High School Ultimate Frisbee Team.....Presenting for the committee is former Somerville Alderman Jack Connolly and accepting is Somerville High School Principal Alicia Kersten and Somerville High School Ultimate Frisbee Team Mates.

In Honor of what Red Sox pitchers Jose Santiago & Jim Longborg could not do in the 1967 World Series but what Detroit Tigers pitcher Mickey Lolich did do in the 1968 World Series...BEAT St Louis pitcher, Bob Gibson.... we will be honoring Mickey Lolich who passed away today at our weekly Thursday Night 6Km @ The Olde Magoun's Saloon in Somerville, Massachusetts.

First Woman & First Man on Thursday February 5th will win a night out on Wednesday, June 24th at Polar Park in Worcester, Massachusetts with me.... WooSox vs Toledo Mudhens aka Boston Red Sox vs Detroit Tigers Triple A Teams....the WooSox are playing the Memphis Redbirds aka Boston Red Sox vs St Louis Cardinals Triple A Teams in Memphis in July but we will not be going there☘️ I may be but you won't be....I have been to Memphis to see the Redbird play...fantastic ballpark in downtown Memphis.
