It's one thing to want to get something out of life. It's another when you take the steps you need to improve your life. Knowledge is my Want because my NEED is to give back. The mission is just beginning.

Many of us played sports in our youth and some continued on into high-school, college and even professional. Learning the information presented in this book about how even teams and owners analyze athletes but also the way we think about athletes doing what they do, and what we might learn from them. The next frontier is here and the sooner our youth know the information. The better equipped they are to make something happen for themselves.

The beginning to my mission to bring proper knowledge of weight lifting, proper dietary eating and connection through calmness of the mind to our youth. An athlete is doing more than just performing in a sport. He or she is constructing all of their acts in their minds. Mental Engineers. So proud to finally become certified and give the youth what I needed as a young athlete. Let's take the next frontier of sports training together.
