Congratulations to Ari💗👑

Ari is the winner of my first pitch stronger challenge, this 4 work challenge pushed the girls to condition, pitch, and set goals for themselves each week for a full month. So many of my girls did amazing, and it is surely showing in lesson. This challenge not only made my girls stronger, but it showed them how to be dedicated, consistent, and to push themselves out their comfort zone. Ari went above and beyond , gaining extra points in week two and even putting in extra work when bonus points were not rewarded. I am so proud of you Ari and I am so proud of all the girls that participated‼️

Today after working with one of my girls on her curveball I asked her how she felt, mind you we changed quite a few things from her release to her posture. She threw a good curveball before , but was lacking true spin and break. She told me “I feel good, I feel like I got better today” even though she may not be throwing as accurately yet with the progressions we made she really felt the increase in spin and movement and it absolutely warmed my heart to hear that from her 🥰

This is my reminder to all pitchers AND their parents to trust the process. While what your pitcher is doing now may work for the time being , making small adjustments like these are what prep her to compete at the highest level.
