Overall feel like we took a step in the right direction. Had a fuel pump go out when we went to hot lap so we missed out on practice for both classes. Thanks to Wayne Miller for coming over and confirming what we thought was a bad fuel pump. Both heat races were good. We were able to pick up a heat race win which was a great feeling in the stock A class. Outlaw ran decent. Although not impossible it is tough to run a stock class engine with the outlaw guys but we were competitive for sure. Was racing for a transfer spot in the B main when our driver made a mistake and spun out. ( no big deal) nothing was wrecked. A main started p5 in the stock class we ran top 6 most of the race. At the end fell back a few to p9 out of 25 cars. Still a solid finish in a tough field. Thank you to everyone that helps get us to the racetrack and supports us!

This week we decided to pull the wing out of retirement. Hot laps was ok. Heat race drew the pole and finished a solid p2 against some great cars. Car was really good. Feature started p6 and ran p7. All in all was a good race for the first time with a wing for the year.
During the A we were not as good as we were in the heat and finished p7 with a cooling fan malfunction.
Special thanks to Brad at momentum for some set up advice as in the heat it was very good.
A non wing we knew was going to be an uphill battle. Besides having always stout competition we drew dead last starting in a heat with a lot of really good competition. In the heat race we were not very good and finished in the back setting us up for a start deep in the B feature at p12. After a very “racey” B feature we were able to work up to p7 and make the A main. In the A main we were able to finish p13 out of the 29 cars that checked in for the day.

7-25-26 Us24 race results

Hot laps were ok. Had decent speed but needed some adjustments.

Heat race- p8➡️p5. Good enough for us to be the last car to lock straight into the A main.

A feature- p12➡️p10. A good top 10 out of 29 cars that showed up. Results only show we passed two cars but what it don’t show is on lap one turn one we got shoved over the cushion and went all the way back to last (p20) on lap one. Thru attrition and passing cars we were able to pick up 10 positions to get p10 and at the end was moving forward. Overall a solid night on a very competitive A class division at Us24 speedway.
