During the swim I went an extra 180 yards on accident as I usually do extra laps on accident. lol. counting on my own is tough. The first 500 I scored a 7:55 and if counting 500 yards in reverse I scored a 7:00 using only the CSS.
10 min recovery
Pull ups 12
2 min recovery
Pushups 49
2 min recovery
Sit ups 66
10 min recovery
and the run in 15:55 (on skill mill no resistance).

This is the first time through the assessment that I followed all the correct continuous form for the calisthenics portion of the tests. Any break in form during the 2 mins and the test is over. Previously I would go for 2 mins but take breaks and do as many as I could do in 2 mins.

-500 yards at approximately 9 mins and 35’s. (Ran out of open lap pool time). Used Freestyle and Side Stroke. Had no idea how to do the Breaststroke or the Combat Side Stroke at that time.
Second time through= 500 Yards in 10:52 using only the CSS
Third time through= 500 yards in 7:50 using only the CSS
