The Italian is starting a new venture. She will succeed and surpass her own expectations and goals. Why? She is a High Performer....she has worked with many Low Performers. HP's don't care for Low Performers.....and Low Performers do not like HP's for obvious reasons.
Life moves fast.
Responsibilities pile up.
Goals demand attention.
Problems need solving.
Yet every once in a while, it's worth stepping away from the noise and simply reflecting on how far you've come.
Not every moment needs to be productive.
Some moments are meant to be appreciated.
After years of hard work, training, and overcoming challenges, sometimes the greatest reward is a few moments of peace.

Your Life is 'your' life.
Think about it this way, your car is your car. You have to manage how you use your car. The car will need new tires, it will need oil changes, and other maintenance. These are planned with a warranty and service package you may get when you purchase it.
Yet are you doing this with 'Your Life'? One area of managing yourself is the company you keep. Look at your close friends. How many of them are Out of Shape and Fat. How many of them can run 2 miles if need be? How many of them are studying to move forward for a career change or Promotion? If your close friends are not 'High Performers' then you will Suffer the consequences in your life's trajectory. I can promise you this 100%.
'High Performers' are those who can perform physically and mentally.
HP's may be marathon runners, martial artists, weight lifters, etc.,...they are also bettering their minds by challenging themselves to attain new Objectives in life which will have them developing to be better over Time.
