When life gets hard for me I tend to go back and look at old pics and videos.This pic right here is when I actually started to take deadlifting seriously. It wasn’t my favorite lift so I avoided it my first couple years of training. Surprisingly in a short amount of time I became stronger and it is a lift I now can’t go without . Life is the same don’t avoid Gods direction you never know how strong you will become. I give all praise to Elohim. GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

The difference between me and them is that I do it out of love. I do it to actually better myself and my family. The thing about fitness is that it’s all relative to YOU and YOUR goals. Nobody is actually right or wrong in most cases. No training style is more superior than the other. No diet( I dislike that term) or way of eating is either.Some things work for others some don’t. I’ve never been the type to push something on ppl because at the end of the day ppl are going to do what they want. You can show a million results but in order to get them there they have to change their mindset.In other words they have to want it or not!!!

Make it a point in life to be around people who push you to do better!!! Me and used to try to kill each other. It was all to make each other stronger and not just in the gym . I miss those days luv ya Canjun!!! Looking for the best bullies, bulldogs and frenchies hit him !!!

I’m just staying consistent and feeling good about myself. No matter what your vice ( especially positive) you should do the same.

Eating nutrient dense foods are key to helping you reach your fitness goals and staying healthy. I have here a couple rainbow trout that I paired it with rice. Stay consistent on training and how you eat and the result will come.
