When considering a vest remember that only the front covers your waistband and belt. The sides and back often stops at the top of the waistband sometimes causing a bit of your shirt to show. Wearing a vest that is too long causes one to look disproportionate. This also occurs when a gentleman wears his pants too low or too long. A pant too long has a drop in the crotch that says on someone too short for that length just as it does when someone wears their slacks too low below the waist. Wearing your trousers low will also make a vest appear too short when it is not. Follow these style tips and feel confident in your clothing.
