As a reminder, we will be open all day tomorrow (Labor Day). Since we know that many gyms around will be closed, we want to offer SOB as a place to train for those who don't take holidays off. If it's your first time at the gym, you can train for free tomorrow only. Please go to the website and complete a waiver before training.

Attention all SOB members: The gym is open today. Tier 10 had some roof damage from the storm last night. It will be repaired ASAP and did not affect the inside of the building.
