I absolutely love meeting with my private clients. I always enjoy the one on one time with my students, and helping them fine tune their personal practice.
Private classes are $20 per session, and we have pricing plans available for regular sessions.
Unlimited Private Classes: For $60 per month, you can schedule multiple private classes with me weekly, and you have unlimited access to my virtual classes.
Monthly 2-Pack: Exactly as it sounds. For $30 per month you can schedule 2 private classes with monthly.

Lets talk about Camel pose!
This is an amazing back bend. It stretches your shoulders, chest and hips, in addition to strengthening your lower back, abs, and glutes!
There are a couple of different variations of this pose, one of which would be to place your hands on some blocks behind you, instead of reaching all the way back to your heals.

Butterfly pose!! This pose makes its way into all of my classes. Its great in the warm up section, or the wind down section of the class. Butterfly pose stretches the hips, inner thighs, and knees. Variations of this pose would be to place a blanket (or several, or blocks) under your sit bones to elevate your hips. You can also place blocks under your knees to help with the natural pull from gravity pulling your knees down.

This week I wanted to talk about tree pose!!! Nothing tests my balance quite like tree pose. In addition to helping with balance, this pose will also strengthens your core, while also providing stability in your hips, thighs, pelvis and groin.

This is easily my most popular pricing plan! My clients tell me the best thing about this plan is that its convenient. They pay once per month and I reach out to them to schedule which 2 classes they are the most interested in for the month. Its great because they are able to plan their month, and still make time for yoga! Saving $5 on 2 classes is appealing as well ;)

I always enjoy including this pose in my classes. It stretches your your inner thighs, groin, and hip flexors. In addition to stretching, it also strengthens your thighs, and butt (who doesn't love that??). I also love that this pose challenges my balance. It is always nice to keep blocks near my sides incase I need a little balancing assistance, I can place my hand on the block to set my balance. What do you guys like about this pose?
