When that sweet tooth craving hits you hard, whip up some CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER & COCONUT BANANA BITES! 😋
- peanut butter or other nut butter
- dark chocolate
- shredded coconut
Peel and cut your bananas in circles. Place them on a sheet of baking paper in a plate/tray. Put a teaspoon of nut butter in between the slices (I used peanut butter). Then place them in the freezer for at least half an hour. Melt some dark chocolate in the microwave, dip them in it and cover in coconut 😍🙌 Put them again onto the plate and back into the freezer for another half an hour at least. Done! You've got yourself some vegan nice cream banana bites in no time at all! 👌👌
