Lots happening tomorrow (Saturday, July 25th)! ☀️

- Tomorrow at 9am is our July Mini-Triathlon in Medical Lake.
Join us for a 700 yard swim, 10 mile bike and 3 mile run and meet at the Medical Lake Waterfront Park. New, experienced and curious athletes of all levels are all welcome!

- After the triathlon, you’re invited to join for a coffee at Roam Coffee House in Medical Lake (this will be at approximately 11am).

- Tomorrow evening, we will go to Rocket Market and listen to the live music starting at 7pm. Bring a lawn chair.

Team Blaze Triathlon Club had a great night climbing together on Tuesday! Thank you Wild Walls, Inc. for a fantastic evening and a fun way to beat the heat! ☀️

Physical Therapy Associates is putting on a fantastic triathlon opportunity for kids at Comstock Park. All proceeds go to Active4Youth! Hope to see some Team Blaze kiddos out there!!

Last week’s group ride was a huge success! This week’s route will focus on hills and crushing the climbs.

Every Tuesday, 6pm, starting at the Nest in Kendall Yards. All levels welcome and smiles are guaranteed 🥰

We can’t wait to see you there!

Team Blaze showed UP!! 🔥 Whether volunteering or racing, teammates cheered, encouraged and carried each other through the entire Ironman CDA 70.3 race day.

We had a number of first-time triathletes cross the finish line, some returners, and some whose race did not turn out exactly as expected. Despite it all, we are there for each other and will continue this journey together.

What a gift it is to spend time with such wonderful people ❤️
