Applications must be completed for each family member. Applications due by July 20th, no refunds will be granted after July 31st. $100 fee after July 31st.
[07/23/16] There is still time to register for the 2016 Cross Country Camp. There are no late fees but hurry to guarantee a camp shirt! I am out of the country until July 31st and will answer your inquiries at that time. Looking forward to running with you!

Riley's Country Camp will be held the week of July 27 thru July 31.
Camp costs remain the same as last year-$85 per runner or $60
per additional family member-state champion Madie Ward and
SGS team captain Amelia Cadwell as well as state contender Nathan Vanos headline camp counselors.
Australian 4 minute miler Todd Wakefield promises to pass on world class advice to aspiring champions-don't miss the fun!

Rick Riley's Cross Country Camp 2014 will be held July 28 thru August 1,9am to 11am. Camp counselors will include past and present State Champions and undoubtedly will see participants in the camp who are soon to be state champions.
Top runners Jack Ammon, Nathan Vanos, Alex Wallatt,Madison
Ward, McCall Skay, Kayla Boyer and Hunter Olsen are but a few of
the elite class athletes who have been a part of the great camp.
We provide the foundation upon which champions can further successful middle school and high school careers.
The camp is open to all ages and is both fun and inspiring!

Why X-Country Camp?
X-Country Camp is fun challenging, and will prepare you for fall X-Country racing. Camp coaches will provide individual attention and will help each athlete improve their fitness and running technique. Running experts will focus on running form, motivation, goal setting and training tips.

Rick Riley is a legend in Spokane and Washington State distance running circles. At Ferris High School, Riley won three state titles in track and cross country. Rick set a U.S. high school record for 2 miles and was a high school All American. He qualified for a U.S. National team and competed in international competition.
His success continued at WSU where he was the Pac-8 mile champion breaking the 4 minute barrier with a 3:59.2. Riley was a three time All American track and cross country and competed on yet another national team.
Rick has competed in numerous national championships and won his age group at the 2010 USATF National Cross Country Championships.
Riley has coached all levels: grade school, middle school, high school, and junior college. He is the Assistant cross country and track coach at St. Georges in north Spokane.

The Warehouse is a multi-use athletic facility with 29,000 square feet of gym space. We house 5 full size basketball courts and up to 6 regulation volleyball courts. Courts can be rented by the hour for single dates or reoccurring use.
