Extending the neck correctly ensures released tension and correct posture.
💫1. Lay Prone on your belly.
💫2. Take the nose slightly forward on the floor to straighten the neck to neutral.
💫3. Move the sternum/chest bone off of the floor.
💫4. Direction should be forward not up to ensure correct elongated spinal muscles.
💫5. Lift higher with your chest…not your eyes.
