Nuts good source of protein. They also contain lots of fiber, lots of vitamins and other nutrients. Nuts were not always seen as a health food because they are high in fat, but now it is understood the types of fat they contain are, for the most part, quite healthy.

Nuts are cholesterol-free and contain mostly mono- and polyunsaturated fats, the so-called good fats, as well as the beneficial omega-3 fatty acid.

Legumes, a different name for beans, peas and lentils, are a good source of fiber, protein, iron, calcium, zinc, and B vitamins. This group also includes chickpeas, baked refried beans, soymilk, tempeh, and tofu. Be sure to choose a variety of colors, whether dried, frozen, or canned.

Blueberry, bananas, kiwifruit, apple (green & red), strawberry, raspberry, grape (black, red & green), watermelon, cranberries, grapefruit, apricot, cantaloupes, cherries, lemons, melons, nectarines, plum, tangerines, mangoes, orange, papaya, pear, peaches, avocados, raspberries, lemon, etc.

Fruits are gem-packed with well to do fiber, vitamin C, beta-carotene and so forth, it’s our recommendation that you choose a variety of color, organic fresh, preferably, bur organic frozen, or organic canned would do. Be certain to include at least one serving each day of fruits that are high in fiber, vitamin C, and beta-carotene. Citrus fruits, melons, and strawberries are all good choices.

Better to choose organic whole fruits over fruit juices, which do not contain very much fiber.

Include a generous portion of a variety of vegetables in your diet. Choose a variety of color, whether fresh, frozen, or canned. They provide vitamin C, beta-carotene, riboflavin, iron, calcium, fiber and other nutrients.

Dark green leafy vegetables, such as kale, mustard green, turnip green, watercress, collar green, broccoli, bok choy and Swiss chard, are especially good sources of these important nutrients.

Dark yellow and orange vegetables, such as carrots, winter squash, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin, extra beta-carotene.

This Is What I Eat For Supper!

1) Organic whole grains corn flour Porridge with almonds milk, sticks cinnamon, raw organic sugar, nutmeg, ground ginger, ground mustard, etc.
2) Or different other combos, depending on my mood.
3) Poland Spring Water, Organic veggies and fruits juice and some fruits
Note: This is one style of many different ways I eat my daily vegan and organic foods

My Daily Dinner!

1) A plate of organic cruciferous vegetables ( Kale, turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens, string beans, Swiss chard, tomato, red onions, spinach, garlic, five different salad kale, etc.
2) Starchy vegetables or whole grains noodles, pasta, or grains, etc.
3) Or quinoa/kidney beans, etc.
4) Poland Spring Water, Organic veggies and fruits juice and some fruits

1) Big bowl of a mixture of vegetables and some types of grains and seeds, or, One foot long whole grains vegan sandwich with raw cucumber, spinach, tomato, lettuce, black olive, pickles, green peppers, red onions, oregano, basil, balsamic vinaigrette
2) Kiwi, blueberry, pear, etc.
3) 16 ounce of Poland Spring Water

Watel Guerin's Daily 100% Raw Organic Vegan Breakfast:

1) Two tablespoons of Organic Ground Flaxseed mixed in 12 ounce of Organic veggies and fruits juice
2) 16 ounce of Poland Spring Water
3) A bit of seven different raw organic nuts (Almond, Brazil nut, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Pecan, Pistachio & Walnut)
4) 20 ounce super anti-oxidant green tea, with lemon ginger herbal tea & cinnamon or mint (a bit of raw organic sugar, anything less than 12 ounce, no sugar)
5) One bananas ( I eat my breakfast a bit at a time; It lasts about two hours)
