Yoga: The Rehab offers 1 on 1 personal training in hour and half-hour sessions. Each session will be completely customized to your individual needs and goals with the very best trainers in the area. Our trainers can push you beyond your athletic limits, rehabilitate a new or old injury, return you to play, or help you meet a specific weight loss or fitness goal. Our team is here to help you meet your individual goals, no matter how big or small!

Pilates: The Rehab offers regular Pilates sessions with expert instructors who will help you activate all muscles in your body. Our Pilates sessions aim to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, regain balance, and address body misalignments. It is a perfect exercise regimen for people of all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

What’s up guys?! @jenmills611 here with some quick moves to spice up your quad routine!

1️⃣Narrow Stance Heel Elevated Goblet Squats: 4 sets of 8-12 reps. This position allows you to push those knees forward which helps you to recruit your quads more.

2️⃣1.5 Back Squats: 4 sets of 6-8. These are absolutely brutal! All the extra time [email protected] tension you get by adding in the half rep at the bottom significantly [email protected] stress on your quads.

3️⃣Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats: 3 sets of 20-30 seconds each side. Forget reps here and just get as many reps as possible. No resting at the top! 🔥
