Coach Katy Snell from Johnson Softball understands that strong programs are built through alignment.
Shared goals. Shared values. A clear vision for who the team wants to be on and off the field.
That same idea applies to the facility itself. When the environment reflects the identity and culture of the program, it strengthens the sense of unity athletes feel every day.
We’re grateful to Coach Snell and Johnson Softball for allowing us to be part of that vision. 🥎 🐾

Most programs don’t upgrade their field overnight.
The ones that look the best on opening day are usually the ones that started planning months in advance. 🕐 Giving themselves time for ideas, approvals, budgeting, and making sure everything is done right.
That early planning makes the entire process easier later, especially once the season gets busy.
Even if you’re not ready today, starting the conversation early can make a huge difference.
The strongest facility projects are built through collaboration and trust.
Stefanie Faith from Lone Star Softball shared how personal the experience felt throughout the process, from detailed conversations around every element of the project to immediately connecting with the first design concepts presented.
This project is a great example of how intentional collaboration can lead to a result that genuinely reflects the identity and culture of a program.
We’re grateful to Stefanie and Lone Star Softball for trusting us with their vision.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
We’re grateful for the sacrifices made by so many and for the freedoms those sacrifices protect every day in communities across the nation.
From everyone at Sullivan360, thank you and we remember.
What does your stadium say about your program?
Every design creates a different feeling. Some bring energy. Some create intimidation. Some reflect tradition and pride.
The best part is there’s no single right answer because the best facilities are the ones built around the identity of the team behind them.
That’s what makes custom branding so powerful.
If you’re ready to create a facility that feels uniquely yours, now’s a great time to start.

You’ve probably driven past a field like this recently. 👀
When a team invests in their space. You notice it.
Before the field said "football". Now it says "Strength".
This program invested in the field their athletes walk onto every single day, creating a space that better reflects the pride and identity behind the program.
That’s why more schools are focusing on the places where culture is actually built, not just where games are played. 🏈 🏠
Crandall Football took their stadium to another level.
