And like that our last SLAM Dayton class. It may be the end of an era, but it is not the end of the all the wonderful memories and friendships we have made along the way. Thank you to everyone that ever helped, supported and cared for this little community in Dayton ❤️

Bittersweet day as we had our official last SLAM yoga class. Amanda we could not have asked for a more caring yoga instructor and SLAM sister over the years. Thank you for everything you have done for SLAM Dayton!

We have two more SLAM Dayton classes next Tuesday and Thuraday at 9:30 AM at North Park. We hope you can join us.

This past weekend we celebrated S.L.A.M. Dayton turning 8. We traveled through the last 8 years all the memoreis, the fun times, the trying times, the times we had each others backs. I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful memories over the last 8 years! This is truly what a SLAMily looks like.

These are the days we love working out outside! One more outside class this week 9:30 AM on Thursday. Come join us before it to late.

It is with a bit of a heavy heart, that I am officially announcing the end of an era with SLAM Dayton. This was not an easy or overnight decision. I have truly enjoyed every single person that has come to class, and all the wonderful memories SLAM has provided so many over the years.

September does mark 8 years of SLAM here in Dayton. So, I invite you and everybody that ever attended a SLAM to join us on September 7th at 5:00 PM for our End of an Era SLAMiversary! And the last hurray. We will SLAM to all our favorites over the years and end with a potluck. Help me invite old slammers, your whole family and friends. I hope you can all join!

SLAM’s last official day and the last day to use any remaining passes up will be September 20th.
