Dayton Aqua Gems Synchronized Swimming Club Competition begins at the novice level and proceeds to swimmers who compete at national meets.

Our mission is to promote the sport of synchronized swimming by teaching our athletes the technical skills of the sport, building their personal character through team work and self-discipline, as well as enhancing their self-esteem and confidence. Introducing our new Gender Inclusion Policy. Our Board of Directors has dedicated countless hours to meeting with stakeholders and drafting this document to ensure we are meeting the needs of all members. The document creates a plan for inclusion of all USAAS members, regardless of gender identification, and action steps for the organization and all member clubs to follow. These practices are consistent with USAAS’s values of equitable opportunity and the unequivocal right to participate in sport. 🤝
