This 2012 ECNL RL Comets team is truly something special. Their mentality and grit this season have created a bond that’s second to none.

This group is playing some of its best futebol, and we couldn’t be prouder of these resilient girls and their future.

What a fantastic weekend for this resilient and awesome group of girls! They ended the weekend picking up 6-points and where they left off from yesterday’s 2-1 massive win with a convincing 7-nil victory over SW Missouri Rush ECNL RL today…. and they did this with only 13-ballers this weekend. These kids played their tails off with some beautiful possession and some well executed goals! Looking forward to a couple days off to rest up, recover and get healthier from a roster standpoint. We are back on the pitch in ECNL RL Frontier Conference play at home to take on West Side Alliance OKC and Wichita FC next weekend. 💪⚽️

The 2012s delivered their most complete match of the season tonight against the 1st-place side in the ECNL RL Frontier Conference — a team riding a 10-game win streak. After conceding early on a tough missed call by the AR, the girls regrouped at halftime and produced another fantastic half of fútbol built on methodical possession and excellent transitional play on both sides of the ball.

Sporting’s front three are as athletic as they come, and our backline and goalkeeping were absolutely on fire 🔥. Riley buried the equalizer midway through the second half off a brilliant cross from Toni-to-Harlo-to-Riley. The game-winner came with 10 minutes left: a perfectly delivered corner from Harlo met by an absolute Golaço header from Sophia P.

What a FANTASTIC win for this incredibly resilient group! We couldn’t be prouder of these wonderful ballers.

The girls are back on the pitch tomorrow afternoon with a 2pm kickoff against Southwest Missouri Rush.

Our 2012s struck first once again this weekend 💥— taking a 1–0 lead off a great cross — but ultimately fell 1–2 to an athletic, top-of-the-table OKC Cosmos, the defending Frontier Conference champions.

The girls battled hard, playing with just one sub in the first half and finishing the match a player down after an injury in the final 12 minutes. 💪⚽️

They’re back in ECNL RL action next weekend in Springfield, Missouri, taking on Sporting Springfield and Southwest Missouri Rush!

Our 2012’s battled through early injuries and a thin lineup against a much-improved, athletic FC Tulsa side, falling behind 5–0. But the second half was all heart — the girls regrouped, made key adjustments, and responded with three great unanswered goals in a fantastic display of grit and determination.

They may have run out of time, but their fight and “never-say-die” mentality were incredible to watch. 💪⚽️ Super proud of this group and their second-half performance!

Next up — the girls hit the road to Oklahoma City next weekend to face OKC Energy and Cosmos in ECNL RL Frontier Conference play.
