Lead, live, and love well. 14 years!

Learning to be a warrior who fights courageously and loves and serves my wife selflessly.

We are thankful for the many good examples and people in our life who are modeling the way before us.

Megan, I love you. More and more each year.

To the end. ❤️

Most players won't understand this 👀

What if you knew your chances were almost zero... would you still go for it?

That's what makes this story so powerful.

So many footballers chase goals only when they think they're realistic.

They want guarantees before they commit.

But the truth is, some of the biggest transformations happen when you pursue something that feels impossible.

Zach Duke shared that he knew his chances of making the World Cup were incredibly small.

But he wasn't chasing certainty. He was chasing growth.

He wanted to see how far he could push his mind, body, nutrition, discipline, and spirit.

And that's the lesson every footballer needs.

Sometimes the biggest reward isn't reaching the goal.

It's becoming the person capable of chasing it.

You didn’t lose the dream. You just decided it was too late and then you got quiet about it.

If I hit 500K followers by June 9, I’m picking ONE person in these comments. I fly to you, anywhere in the world, no limits, to train with you for 3 days, and coach you free for a full year.

I’m not picking the most likes. I’m picking the story that needs it most. So drop the dream you quit on 👇

tag the person who needs to take theirs back, and send this to them.

Because the only thing worse than starting late… is never starting at all.

This ONE WORD transformed my life forever. Maybe it will for you too. I hope it does.

Much love to each of you. Thank you for following me. There is something much greater still.

Loser gets soaked 😅 Which one of your kids would lose this every time? 💦

Balloon roulette with all five 😅 One of them got soaked and lots of laughing. Creative fun while bored is always the best. Soccer is our go to in the backyard, but always having a good time with one another. What are some of you favorite outdoor family activities?

He thought his life was over… 😱

“I believed I could never change.”

Sometimes the hardest battles have nothing to do with football.

On the FC Game Changer podcast, Zach Duke shared a story that honestly hit hard.

For years, he struggled physically and mentally to the point where he believed his life would never change.

He couldn’t work out, couldn’t even do a push-up without getting sick, and started believing he’d never be able to run and play with his kids.

That level of despair can break people.

But the most powerful part of his story is that moment in 2022 when he realized something had to change.

That he couldn’t keep living that way anymore.

A lot of footballers and athletes relate to this more than people think — mentally feeling stuck, hopeless, or trapped in bad habits.
