Lifting Voices. Taking Up Space. Loving More and Hating Less.

One Culture. One Art Form. One Community. One Empathetic Conversation at a Time.

By Way of Melanin™ is a brand committed to uplifting, recognizing and empowering artists and creatives for positive social change, minority voices and under-served communities. By Way of Melanin TV™ is on a mission to 1) lift minority voices, 2) increase representation, 3) defend the practicality and down-right necessity of the arts, 4) create a medium of empathy, compassion and conversation in this current climate of hate, tension and chaos.

Overall, our goal is to lead by example in the quest to love (ourselves and others) more and hate less to create a better future for ourselves and our loved ones. We also hope to lead by example in embracing and practicing diversity and inclusion, exploring various creative outlets, and engaging in respectful and fruitful conversations on social issues and probable solutions, and finally--mental and emotional well-being via the arts.

For all ages, genders and experience levels (including none).
