For many reasons, many of which require a *significant* explanation, we have re-branded, and will no longer operate as "Kevlar Athletics".
Our operation will not change, and our mission stays the same. What the NAME of the gym is is the only alteration.
Like I said it's a pretty significant explanation that i'll spare you all; but just know that just because the name has changed we will continue to grow; both in fitness, and scale of operation!
Garnering one specific aspect of fitness, will hinder others.
Acquiring too much of one thing will lead to imbalance, and you'll be spending a lot of time and effort actively narrowing your fitness. What sense does that make?
Run, Jump, Push, Pull, Carry, Drag, Squat, Press, Throw, Lift, Swim, - Do it all.
Do you know anyone who only does one, or two of those things? Sit them down, and talk it out... Be a friend. 👌

The only carbohydrates permitted are found in plants, and plants ALONE.
This means no bread, cereal, pastry, pasta, candy, or ANYTHING with *added* sugar (aside from fruits with their inherent built in sugar supply).
You will be surprised how much of a TREAT fruits will be. How sweet and dessert like it becomes.
