Scott Allen Racing offers full service driver development programs for the upcoming drivers of the sport, specifically in the Legends Cars ranks. Owned by Scott Allen, the team includes Caleb Heady, Ameyla Gonzalez and Reagan Parent, each competing for the checkered flag in the No. 7NY. 🏁

Meet Ameyla Gonzalez!

Ameyla is 16-years-old, based in Connecticut, where she often races. Ameyla was born in Massachusetts, moved to Florida, and now is back in the Northeast.

Ameyla competes in the Kart division at Stafford Motor Speedway, one of America's most recognized short tracks. She also competes part-time in the Bandolero division, mostly on the NELCAR Tour, and will make the move to the Legends Cars ranks soon.

Outside of racing, what is her favorite food? Potatoes! She likes them any way they are made. She also enjoys dancing and teaching dance to others.

👀 Meet Scott Allen Racing driver Reagan Parent! 🏁

Reagan's hometown in Westport, MA. Reagan has been racing Legends Cars for many years - scoring four career victories as of the beginning of the 2025 season. Reagan has three victories at The New London-Waterford Speedbowl in Connecticut and one at Star Speedway in New Hampshire.

Outside of driving, Reagan has also been an influential part of competition for others, working on their tires, spotting and doing various crew activities.

Outside of the track, Reagan enjoys chicken (specifically at Chick Fil A) and golfing during the summer, while skiing during the winter.

Why do we run the 7NY? 👀

The 7NY was the famed number of the late Tiger Tom Baldwin, who passed away in 2004. His son, Tommy Baldwin Jr., continues to showcase the number in the Modified ranks. Our team owner has been friends with the family for many years, and want to continue to showcase the historic number.

Amelya, 16, competes in Senior Outlaw Karts at Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut, along with Bandolero’s on the NELCAR Tour throughout New England. Scott Allen Racing, owned by Scott Allen and Cathy Grant, offers rising motorsports stars a chance to showcase their talents in the chase for the checkered flag. The team currently competes with Caleb Heady, Ameyla Gonzalez and Reagan Parent, as drivers of the No. 7NY. Heady is a former champion of the SMART Modified Tour, while Gonzalez has been successful in the Outlaw division on Wild Thing Karts race night at Stafford.

Parent, who comes from a championship racing family, is already a Legends Cars winner, looking to add some trophies to his mantle, while also working in the sport in other capacities. The number 7NY on the car is a sign of appreciation for the life and legacy of “Tiger” Tom Baldwin, a successful Modified winner and champion, who lost his life in 2004. His son, Tommy Baldwin Jr., continues to run the 7NY successfully in the Modified ranks.
