Haven’t posted in min but yes sis and dad are still at it.

Pushed sis today with stability movements using I rem when it was challenging just balancing....

Now she’s squatting w/forward raise!!!

She’s a and working out 3 days a week coming up on 3 yrs has kept the swelling down in her leg and lymphatic fluid moving 👍🏾

Just in case you’re wondering “yes” we continued to train throughout quarantine and it’s only gotten harder.

But........ as you can see my sis has:
1) gotten stronger
2) continuous loss of inches & lbs
3) gained strength, stamina & most important the confidence to hit that “HIGH” jump like a freakin champ!!!! 👊🏾💪🏾👏🏾👍🏾❤️

Turn up the volume because besides hearing that old jam. I was caught off guard with that “ohhhh!!”

My sister is such a private person but I’m so proud of her!!!

She stepped completely out of her comfort zone to share her wellness journey with others today! Not to take away from her weight loss but most important the mental strength that she gained to share her progress with you all!
