New CrossFit Kids session begins on November 30th! ๐Ÿงจโšก๏ธ

This session our focus is the primal movement patterns, speed, and agility! The seven primal movement patterns are squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, twist, and gait. All of these actions are essential to any sport and day to day movement! The 8 week session will run uninterrupted from 7pm Thursday, November 30th- January 18th, with a make-up class on January 25th.
