Seriously though, there is a lot of bad advice out there.
One of the best pieces of advice that we can give you is to focus on breathing and bracing. Canister position.
Once you’ve mastered that, rotation, flexion, and extension become more supported and you’ll better generate force through your core.
If there is less give in your midsection, when your hips and ribs are stacked.
More power transfers between your upper and lower body.
Your back is also better protected from shearing forces.
We are better at controlling our center of gravity with a braced core. This translates to better balance.

Have all the equipment!
With only 6 people training at a time, you’ll always have your own space and equipment.
You don’t have to ask to “work in”, stand around waiting, or change your whole workout plan due to lack of equipment.
We write the program.
We help load and re-rack the weights.
We disinfect between sessions.
This is YOU time!
