The Virtuous Doula Training Academy is a doula training agency that is striving to be a springboard for both aspiring doulas and individuals who want to get into training doulas and birthworkers.

The Virtuous Doula Training Academy has 4 pillars: Education, Collaboration, Scholarship, and Support. We strive to create space for doulas and doula trainers to feel supported, create spaces for collaboration/collaborative efforts, provide continuing education for both doulas and trainers, and lastly support high-level learning for doulas to continue to grow.

To date, our Founder, LaKisha Redditt, has been responsible for training over 100 doulas across the St. Louis area and nationally via her work at St. Louis University and her Virtuous Doula Training.
