Are you caring for a newborn or young child? Welcoming a new baby into your family—or supporting one—can be joyful and overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
The Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis, in partnership with Whole Parent Foundation, is offering a FREE 8‑week parent support group for families in the St. Louis area.
🗓 Tuesdays, beginning February 3, 2026
⏰ 6:00–7:30 p.m.
💻 6 virtual sessions + 🏠 2 in‑person sessions
This group is designed for:
*New parents
*Growing families with newborns and young children
*Caregivers supporting infants and/or young children
Participants will have a safe, welcoming space to:
*Connect with others in similar caregiving roles
*Share real experiences and challenges
*Access mental health support and resources
*Feel supported during the early years of raising children
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, foster parent, or caregiver, you are welcome here.

Loaves and Fishes Services is open M-F from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and is located at 2055 Concourse Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146
Both locations offer:
