Registration is open and workouts have begun. The 26’ season starts NOW.

Register is OPEN! Join us for workouts every Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8pm @ RHS Fitness Center.
Note to parents/guardians: Workout waivers must be signed before your child can participate. We will have forms at each workout or practice. Please come in to complete the form before leaving.
