Seen in the FLW House in Kankakee gift shop where I got these fab earrings after our tour. And they are good luck . I received the final approval proof for my upcoming book: Hermann, Missouri: A Walk Through History. It's ready to go out into the world!

I'm back a few weeks after giving a tour to a group of Travel Agents and Tour Operators from Guadalajara. I just posted that I was unaware of the 10 Fnnch Honey Bears here. But I feel better, they were only put in last week. Whew! It would make a great hunt. And I have to share my author moment on the last visit.for Visit Missouri ...I was in the architecture gallery and was recognized. It's been a while. It probably helped I had a name badge on but it was still so heart warming for me.

Hey out your book, or better yet buy one, and get over here to Alton Illinois. Plus, watch the Miles Davis documentary. His father was the largest land owner in IL!
