Life so far in Costa Rica is absolutely remarkable! Living in a house on the mountains with a million dollar view way up high where the clouds flow through the home. Minutes from a river and surrounded by nature. Hiking and cooking delicious food!
Adjusting to the difference in lifestyle has been exhilarating. Driving up steep gravel roads, recycling and composting, enduring the rainy season and shopping at the largest farmers market in Costa Rica for produce and swinging on hammocks on the porch.

So much to see, so much to share, so much to experience. The courage it took to move my family here was immense, but as we settle in, the habits we're developing and the time we're sharing far outweighs the luxury and convenience we had in the US.

I get to be present for my children, I get to work remotely creating content for clients all over on top of other diverse skill sets, no more rushing every single day just to have mere minutes with my wife before she had to rush off to her own job. Less fast food, more home cooked meals. Less struggle, more patience. Larger sacrifices, even bigger rewards.

To all of you who doubted us and are still doubting... I'm building a legacy worth looking back on, creating a life with better habits and healthier values, developing new skills and learning new ways to be happy. Nothing checks all the boxes, but for where we are in our lives now... This is where we deserve to be. I hope anyone develops the courage to spread their wings and leave the security of their nest and overcome the fear and obstacles that the reality of life will always throw at you no matter where you fly to.

After years since making tutorials, I still get comments like this expressing my distinction amongst other online teachers and coaches.

People are still learning and many of my old followers are getting "older" and I'll be providing some things for them as well! 😁🙌🏽

Today was a heavy, HEAVY day. Nissa left this world in peace surrounded by people who loved her most. To think that for my first dog I'd have such a blessing of a companion! She's brought smiles to SOOOO many people, her presence was bright and warm and delightful. Her talent was absolutely splendid, her listening skills and knowledge of hundreds of words & commands never ceased to amaze me. Thank you for so many incredible adventures Nissa, you were the best of the best! 😭💔

If you don't make time for the important things in life, you'll lose balance. If all you do is whatever you want, you'll also lose balance. Staying positive isn't being happy all the time, it's a bit more about focusing on the good within all the bad and enjoying the best in every good.
Think back to a rough time, obviously you survived and most likely experienced some growth from it. Life has you down? GET READY, because it will only get better from here and the deeper level of gratitude you have for when things play in your favor the greater appreciation you'll have for the power of positive thinking.

Photographed a Bridal Shower yesterday! Never done anything like this before and I had a wonderful time, everyone was incredible and I would absolutely do this again.

Riverfest 2021 with performing at Frontier Park during the 4th of July weekend festivities and these powerful ladies and the way they use the fabric to create such pretty shapes and poses!

My son daily melts my heart! In my mind I see myself as a far better father than I am in reality and I have to remember that being willing is not enough, you have to DO. That simply knowing is not enough, you have to APPLY. If there's anything I learned from reading the Tao of Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee its that very realization. It's been a real rollercoaster becoming a dad of 3 and adjusting to the new "busy at work, busy at home" lifestyle. But the love I'm surrounded with is like a senzu bean! Renewing my limits and always reminded of why I sacrifice and what I'm sacrificing for. 💪🏽💯🙌🏽☺️🧘
