Effingham Country Club is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining operations, elevate member experiences, and oversee the daily success of the clubhouse food and beverage team.
This leadership position is responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, supporting and developing staff, coordinating food and beverage operations, and ensuring members and guests receive a first-class experience at every visit.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clubhouse food and beverage operations
• Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Manage staffing schedules and labor costs
• Assist with inventory management and purchasing
• Coordinate food and beverage service for tournaments, member events, banquets, and special functions
• Monitor member and guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Work closely with culinary and management teams to ensure operational success

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Country club, restaurant, hotel, resort, or event venue experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
