Happy 4th Birthday, Ava James!

You light up our life, make everything fun & have a heart of gold.

Every night for the past 4 years I have sang “you are my sunshine” to you while you fall asleep. It’s memories I’ll cherish forever ❤️ I love you bunny!

Y’all, I feel like it’s time for an update. WOW how long has it been since I posted ?! I can’t lol!

Over a year ago, I took a job as a stylist at Annie Heyward Styling and haven’t looked back!

Many of you know I’ve had a long love affair with fashion and got my masters in Fashion Management from Domus Academy in Milan, Italy. Then, went on to work in Milan researching and writing fashion articles.

I’ve dipped my toes in all kinds of work - blogging, the healer + Priestess world and fashion. All of it has been my journey of me. Each piece is ME.

After my second baby, Millie, was born it became clear to me - I had to release my healing business. It was so hard releasing something I poured my whole heart into building, but the call was clear.

Since stepping away and finding fashion styling, I’ve realized my deeper healing work is in my family - for my girls!

My styling is a creative outlet where I get to feel lit up, connected, embodied and surround myself with supportive women.

Now, I am thriving!

I feel so lit up, connected and happy. Having my girls have brought me a peace and connection I didn’t know I was missing. My heart feels so at home with them!

10 years ago my whole family fell apart after my sister passed away and now… I live a life beyond my dreams. I wake up feeling so grateful for everything God has gifted me.

But I remember the dark days waking up feeling so alone. I was consumed with pain, hurt and rage. I held on to so much.

Now, I wake up feeling full of life. I feel LIGHT. I’ve let go and found peace.

I’m back baby & so ME!

P.S. Yes, I still do weekly therapy, have local support from fellow moms and sisterhood connections with women on here from past masterminds/programs/Priestess work that feel more like family. I love you all !

& so we’ll keep dancing & laughing through life. ❤️

Hey y’all! Wow. It’s been awhile! Hello hello. I missed you!

There’s a lot to share as I begin to *slowly* come out of my cocoon, but I wanted to stop in for a quick update ❤️❤️

Our beautiful daughter, Amelia Grace was born September 19 @ 12:12 pm weighing 6lbs & 6 oz.

22 hours of labor. Unmedicated. The post labor high & glow is REAL!

And I’m still processing.

But, Amelia is officially 6 weeks old and I feel like celebrating. So here’s some photos!

We have some exciting news 🎉

Our family is growing, Baby Rice Cake #2 coming October 2023 !!

We did a gender reveal last week, so I’ll make a separate post with the cuteness!!

Also, YES I’ve been super quiet on here. Thank y’all for sticking around and riding this journey with me. It means so much 🥰

Priestesses, Thank you for fully loving and accepting me even when I need to step back from the community mission.

The best part - I love watching each of you shine in your unique way! I love each of you so much 🥰

Honestly, the last few months have kicked my ass. I’ve really struggled! I’ve been deep in my human…

🩸 Bloodwork came back with really low iron
😴 Fatigue like I’ve never felt
🤒 Old flare-ups & viruses
🍽 Nauseous every time I eat
💻 Running a business, programs and being a full time mom

I hit bottom. It exhausted my mental, physical and emotional capacity.

Like done. I felt like I could not keep walking. Something had to change.

So, I’ve been slowing it wayyyy on down, feeding my body, finding the right supplements, doubling down on therapy, staying super hydrated, finding my tribe of support and doing lots of yoga.

Plus, no time on social media and haven’t done SH*TAKE on my business!

And it feels SO good!!

How freeing to let it all GO and just be & live in my life!

My body reminds me: I don’t have to do it all right now.

My body reminds me: I can trust the ebs and flows of my energy.

My body reminds me: it’s safe to trust my rhythms and seasons, knowing nothing is permanent.

So, I chose to trust the season of motherhood & business I’m in.

Knowing it’s all guiding me and serving for the highest good. Always!

I am fully embracing the laid back mama vibes 😎

Fully being pampered, taken care of and receiving so much goodness.

First class service all the way. I expect nothing less!

And honestly… this is my favorite season because I’m leaning All. The. Way. In ❤️
