The Go St. Louis marathon and races are happening tomorrow! The race routes and surrounding road closures impact the ability to access our studio, therefore, we will be canceling class.

We're So St. Louis and we're celebrating 314 Day with a wellness experience for kids ages 5 -10 rooted in pride for our beautiful city of St. Louis. Through movement, mindfulness, and connection, we will explore what makes our community special, from friendship and teamwork to honoring the neighborhoods, culture, and spirit that make St. Louis home.

BONUS The kids loved playing 4 Corners so much that we’re bringing it back. This time featuring St. Louis landmarks to keep the celebration educational. Get ready to move, breathe, laugh, and celebrate the heart of the Lou together!
