A great 9 mile training run with the MoCowbell gang! Ran through water half way up our legs but we got it done! Thanks to Precision Health Group for being there to stretch us out!

We had a great group for 9 (6-9) miles this morning at Forest Park! We also supported the Mad Hatter virtual 5k! It was hot and humid but we got it done!

A great group of runners this morning! Some did 4, some did 7 and some did the Divas 5k all at Forest Park on one of the most humid mornings I've ever run in. But we all got it done!

Swimmer Kathleen Baker Overcomes Crohn’s Disease to Become an Olympian Baker, 19, who has been dealing with the disease since she was about 13, will compete for the United States in the 100-meter backstroke in Rio de Janeiro.
