It's been a little quiet around here lately, but it is in keeping with our roots to wish everyone a restful day with loved ones, to celebrate the things that really matter. As important as training may be for us, life would be empty without family and friends.

Martial artists will benefit from approaching strength training from two perspectives:
-enhancing force production and rate of force production
-enhancing tissue integrity (tensile and compressive resiliency)
Too often, the former gets focused on at the expense of the latter.
