Oklahoma just passed a bill fining or taxing Oklahomans who want to use solar power (1). This, just as credible data is released implicating fracking in the state's increased number and severity of earthquakes (2). Add the ALEC anti alternative energy posture, and the influence of money in politics casts doubts on the impartiality of solar bans (3).
